Cancellation Policy
1. Payments – Balance is due during the appointment time in cash, or tap-to-pay (3.5% processing fee). Cash & Venmo payments avoid (3.5%) processing fee.
2. Late Arrivals – There is a 9-min grace period. After that, the appointment will be canceled with a 50% cancellation charge.
3. Cancellations/No-Shows – Must cancel 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your service.
4. Age Requirement – Must be 18+. Valid ID required for bikini services.
5. Consent/Policy/Release of Liability – All forms must be completed upon arrival before the appointment.
